Welcome to the Strathendrick Singers’ website

We are an amateur choir of around fifty singers, drawing our membership from the villages in the valley of the River Endrick in Stirlingshire, Scotland. In 2017 we celebrated the 40th anniversary of the founding of the choir.

We perform concerts at Christmas and in Spring each year, rehearsing between September and April. Details of these and all our current activities can be found on our Facebook page. You don’t need to be signed up to Facebook to view this, although if you are, we’d love it if you’d ‘like’ us.

Our repertoire is largely classical and sacred music, ranging from the familiar to lesser-known modern compositions. Rehearsals can be challenging but are always fun, and a great way to forget the daily grind for a couple of hours!

New members are always welcome - especially tenors - so if you enjoy singing, however rusty, please get in touch. We rehearse in Balfron Church on Monday nights from 1930. Experience of reading music helps, but is not essential.
